integrating actual video into the

I've just downloaded HeavyM so I'm asking this question with zero experience but I have an idea outright.

This is for a dance/electronic music live show. I have a 3 min video I wrote some music to (the view from a moving train) - can i integrate this into the visuals I'll make or is it more like I can transport in the shapes?

  I would think as long as you have a video, upload into HM and you can then use it in a player, as a full video or if you add shapes (faces) then using the same player you can play via the faces, as if they were masks.
