Switching media associated with a player

Argh.  Love it when I can answer my own question.  Looks like we can delete the associated media from the source folder, add the new media, and then restart HeavyM.  It asks us to pick the right new media files and then links everything back up.

Running a test with MOV files and also thinking about trying to run HeavyM on a Mac to see if the export works better there.  Unless someone else knows already...

    Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience. We're going to look into it.

    • Are you using 2.11.4 and is that the same issue exactly as you had with 2.9?
    • Is the audio you're referring to added to the Timeline for the export?
    • If you could send us a drive link for your project files like last time that'd be great. We'll be able to see how your project is cut and try on our side.

Thanks in advance, have a nice day.

As for recording options, a few tools that can help are Spout Recorder, NDI Screen Capture, OBS,...

    Thanks Lea.

I sent an email to the support@heavym.zendesk.com address.  Let me know if you don't get it.

Thanks again for looking at this.
