Video export via Spout or Screen Capture - Start/Stop exactly as in the timeline

Hello,

Since HeavyM (at this time) is not exporting video/audio aligned, has anyone had success using Spout (or Syphon) or a screen capture program where the video export/capture started right as the beginning of the timeline and ended at the end of the timeline (ie no manual intervention, no editing needed after capture).

We are using screen capture to get the video to be used in our Halloween show, but have to edit each video's start and end; it's hard to get just right plus our upcoming Christmas show has a lot more complex DMX/lights that are timed to work with the audio.  If we are off by a little, then the whole show is off.  Doing the editing for 20-30 videos plus rework when we change the videos is a daunting task.
