Videos freezing

Hi, I am a new inexperienced user, I am projecting two different videos on two different projectors at the same time. Sometimes one of the videos would freeze and I have to close and restart the project to fix it. Obviously this is very inconvenient mid-performance. What else can I do in that case?

  Sorry for the inconvenience. Please send all relevant information to tech support so that the we investigate the issue and help. 

  • Your configuration (OS, HeavyM version, graphics card, etc) ;
  • The HeavyM project file and the associated video files ;
  • The heavym.log file (Documents/HeavyM/Log) ;
  • Screenshots/videos if you think they can help.
