    Hi James,

    Sorry for the inconvenience, could you please send a ticket to tech support with:

    • Informations about your configuration (HeavyM version, computer model, graphics card, etc)
    • Your full project folder with all associated media files (File -> Collect Media Files & Save)
      If the folder is big, you can send us a WeTransfer or drive link for instance.

    Thanks in advance. The tech team is actually in discussion with another user that has reported a similar issue, your documents could help a lot.
