Crash Report
Hi,
My HM Latest crashed and I got a dialog on startup that informed me to add log file to a support request.
I think I have done this but the request, once submitted, does not confirm or clear the page.
Also, the crash dialog cannot be cleared as there are no buttons to close this dialog. This needs a servoius update if you wish users to send in crash data.

Is it not closing with the "ok" or cross button?Regarding the request form, I have just checked and don't see any ticket with your emails (even in the detected spam folder). I just tried the form on Google Chrome and it works for me, plus I'm not aware of any maintenance work on Zendesk (our support/help center provider). Could you try to resend in a different browser/in private navigation please?
If the request is succesfully submitted, it should send you back to the Home page of the Help Center and display a success notification + send a confirmation email. We'll notify Zendesk if there's an issue.Thanks in advance.

Yes, that's the one, all I get is the dialog without the 'window' so no 'x' or 'OK'.
I think this is related to my 'crash' as it does similar within HeavyM when a dialog box comes up, as in Collect & Save, it shows for a few millisecs then hides. I'll retry the crash logging but if not could I append here?

Crash report in succesfully. Thanks and maybe it will show why the display is also 'off'.
