Clarification needed

Hi,

 

Want to setup multiple outputs (Projectors). When using output setup is is not possible, without all hardware connected, to define the display outputs. Changing the canvas can be done but there is no output set.

What will the outcome be? Can you use the canvas as defined, and if so how it it possible to preview?

  Hi,

  If no displays are connected, you can still add multiple Screens and prepare the setup. Screens with no Destination are set to "(no display)" and you can enter their Resolution to correspond to that of the projector/display that you will connect later:

  

  Once the Screen is connected to an active Destination later, it will automatically take its Resolution, so you have to know this value before you start your project if you don't want to have to make changes to your drawings after the hardware is connected.
