What are the requirements of HM V1 or V2 for a WINDOWS computer?
Hello I am at a loss.
I am trying to run an HD video with sound in the player in HM V1.On my iMac (Catalina / 3.7 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5 / 128 GB DDR4-RAM) it works perfectly.
On all WIN laptops, the video only starts up briefly (2 sec) at the original speed before playback becomes extremely slow and stalls and crackling sounds are heard. Here are the data of the Thinkpad / Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-4600U CPU @ 2.10HGHz / 8 GB RAM / WIN10 64bit. The video is fetched from the laptop's internal SSD in HM1 and no other applications are running on the laptop.The video is in mov / MPEG-4 1920*1080 25 fps with 48khz stereo sound.
Is the performance of the Thinkpad laptop still not sufficient?
What are the requirements for a WINDOWS computer?
Unfortunately, I can't find any information on this. When I play the video on the Thinkpad via the media player, there are no problems at all.
Who has a tip for me on what to do?

I seem to be having a similar problem, although I am having this issue on my Macbook while trying to play HD video without audio.
I am running a Macbook Pro Retina (Mid 2015) / 2.2ghz quad core intel core i7 / 16 GB DDR3 RAM / Intel Iris Pro 1536 mb graphics card. The mp4 video (47.5 mb - 6 min) is on my internal SSD drive. HM1 background is set to 1920 x 1080. Playback is very slow/jerky/choppy.
I also noticed that HM1 clocking seems to be slower than realtime.. it can take 4 seconds real time for one second to pass in HM. Videos play fine in QuickTime etc.. even at 3hrs & 8gb+.
Yesterday I did a clean install and moved up to Catalina 10.15.7 to see if that would help - it didn't.
It's been driving me nuts.. please help.
