Hi all!
We've fixed some issues liked this with the Output in the last few versions (2.7/2.8). This was due to an incorrect calculation when the zoom level in the Windows settings wasn't at 100%.

Sorry for the inconvenience. From what I can see there seems to be two issues here:
1. In the second screenshot, what you see is the Test Card. To hide it, please disable the option in Output -> Show Test Card.
2. What I'm wondering in both screenshots is why the output window only shows a small part of your canvas. Could you please create a private ticket with this form, with details about the issue and your hardware configuration if there is something wrong there?

As for the configuration, I have 2 monitors. 1- Benq EL2870u; 2- AOC 2470w.
If you are using monitor 2 , it will appear as in image 2. If it is monitor 1, it will appear as image 1.
Monitor 2 is set as primary.
