Adding audio

Hi, Im still a beginner with this software. May I know on how to add audio in heavym? Is there any tutorial or guide that I can follow as a newbie. Thank you so much !

  Hi,

  Unfortunately it's not possible to directly add an audio track at the moment, you can only play audio through videos. (You can link a video with audio to a player and put it outside of the canvas for instance.)

  However, the possibility to import audio tracks will be in the next version, HeavyM 2.8, coming this month. You'll be able to add one audio file on the sequencer and one on each sequence (without other options though).

  Update: it is now possible to add audio in v2.8!

  Anw, may i know why when im exporting into the video, the audio is not playing? eventho i link the video with audio to a player and put it outside the canvas as what you have mentioned.

  Hi again,

  Audio is not supported in video export unfortunately, only in live playback from the software. (And this won't change in the next version, but I will write down the suggestion.)
