    Sorry for the inconvenience, but I can't install heavy M again after formatting my computer. I've already paid for the next update and so I won't be able to take advantage of it. Thanks

    Hello Franco,
     
    It seems that the problem may be related to an existing file or to permissions on the system. 
     
    To try to resolve the issue, please follow the steps below: 
    1. Uninstall Heavy M2 from your computer; 
    2. After uninstalling, delete the folder located at “C:/Program Files/HeavyM2”; 
    3. Then start the installation again, making sure you are running the installer as administrator.

    Thanks for the help, but I did all the steps you described and I didn't achieve anything.
    I tried the demo version, and it worked. I'm getting stressed...A hug
