Prior to HeavyM 2.11, the system requirements mentioned that it was especially not recommended to run the software on Intel UHD/HD/Xe cards, as we couldn't guarantee stability.
In HeavyM 2.11, we've introduced the "Balanced" performance mode for Windows, which is optimized for integrated graphics and now allows you to use HeavyM on these configurations!
So if you're on Windows and using an Intel integrated graphics card, the configuration will be detected at startup and you'll be encouraged to launch in "Balanced" performance mode instead of "Advanced". Don't worry, it does not affect the quality of the output rendering!
It is also possible to switch performance mode manually in Edit... -> Preferences → Graphics → Global. But if you are not prompted to use a specific mode at startup or asked by technical support to do so, you have no interest in changing the default mode for your configuration.
