I can’t launch HeavyM or a projection window.

Please first check if:

• your computer fits the system requirements ;
• HeavyM is running on the dedicated graphics card ;
• your graphics card drivers are up to date!

⚠️ If you are on a Windows computer with an integrated Intel card only, please update to at least HeavyM 2.11 and run in "balanced" performance mode. ⚠️ 

Also on Windows, try to launch HeavyM as admin by right-clicking on the icon or start menu item and selecting “Run as administrator”. If you encounter this regularly, you can set this action by default by checking “Run this program as administrator” in Properties → Compatibility (from the right-click menu on the HeavyM icon).

If it still doesn’t work or if you’re running on Mac OS, please send us a report, with details about your configuration.
