We’re making license management easier! HeavyM now has an online account system so you can access your license details without searching through old emails.
What’s Changing?
Not much will change, but here’s what you need to know:
On the HeavyM Website:
- The License Manager is now your online account, but no accounts have been created automatically – you need to sign up manually.
- To view your licenses, log in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Email+Password – your license key alone won’t be enough anymore.
- Your HeavyM account will centralize all your licenses, downloads, and offers in one place – especially helpful if you own multiple licenses!
⚠️ For automatic import of your license, make sure to use the same email address that was used during your purchase, and voilà!
If you’ve created an account with the wrong email or have licenses linked to different emails, don’t worry! You’ll still be able to import all your license keys into a single account afterward.
In the Software:
- Your current access remains unchanged.
- If your license is already registered, you can update to the latest HeavyM release.
- When registering a new license, you now have multiple login options: Google, Apple, Facebook, or a HeavyM account. You can still use a single license key if you prefer.
- If using Google, Apple, or Facebook login, make sure to use the same email as your license. If creating a HeavyM account manually, register with the email used for your purchase to automatically import your license.
